At Stan’s, we believe that fitness involves
strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training. A healthy diet complements
all fitness programs.
Our club is staffed all hours of operation to instruct and monitor our members in the
proper exercise techniques to safely achieve their goals. Through consistent workouts and guidance, our members
improve and maintain their fitness levels.
Potential members are invited to a trial
workout and have an opportunity to chat with members about training at Stan’s.
